The Vitra Uten.Silo RE II petrol is designed by Dorothee Becker in 1969. Uten.Silo RE II offers a stylish way to store small items. Uten.Silo is made from durable recycled ABS plastic.

Originally created under the Design M brand, Uten.Silo has found its place on the walls of many homes. It not only stores everyday items but also serves as a beautiful decorative element. Becker's inspiration came from a fabric compartment in her father's pharmacy, which hid many fascinating items that she explored with enthusiasm as a child. Over the years, various versions of Uten.Silo have been made, and since 2000, it has been part of Vitra's product range. In 2025, the material of Uten.Silo was changed to recycled ABS plastic.
