Vitra's Stools were designed by Charles & Ray Eames. In 1960, Time Inc. commissioned the Eames Office to furnish the interiors of three lobbies at New York's Rockefeller Center. As part of this project, Charles and Ray Eames designed plush lobby chairs and a series of solid walnut stools. These turned stools can also be used as occasional tables. The Stools series includes three different models, A, B and C, and two types of wood, walnut and chestnut.
