Jonas Herman, who designed the chair, has said the following about the Lunar chair: "When designing the Lunar chair, I was guided by the desire to create a light, inviting and user-embracing chair. My aim was to develop a piece of furniture that does not restrict the user to one position, but encourages movement and freedom while sitting. I emphasized the chair's rounded shapes and repeated them consistently in all structural parts. This creates a harmonious, soft and feminine look for the chair that stands out, but blends effortlessly into a variety of interior styles."
