Yrjö Kukkapuro, who will turn 90 in 2023, is a Finnish designer and furniture designer. During his career spanning over 60 years, Kukkapuro has become one of the most internationally renowned and awarded furniture designers. During a long and multi-stage working career, Kukkapuro has become known especially for its ergonomic design and innovative ideas. Excellent user experience and functionality have enabled the furniture to be passed on to the next generations as well.
