Fosto – Traditions and future of Finnish lighting design
Fosto is a Finnish designer lighting manufacturer that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern Scandinavian design.
The company got a new start in 2022 when Tampere-based Fosto Oy acquired Kera Interior's lighting business.
With this, Fosto continues over half a century of Finnish lighting design tradition, manufacturing all of its lighting products in Finland with a strong focus on craftsmanship.
Fosto collaborates with several Finnish designers, such as Mika Tolvanen, Jukka Korpihete and Kristiina Lassus. The company's lamps have been recognized for their quality and timeless design, and are popular in both domestic and international markets.
