EcoSouLife

The Australian EcoSouLife was founded by Sharon and Gal Benjamin in 2007. At the time, Sharon was working in a company manufacturing textile products and his wife Gal was a buyer for a famous department store. The inspiration to start the company came from Sharon and Gal's eldest son, who was very environmentally aware and talked to his parents about environmental issues every day. The couple began to wonder what concrete could be done about environmental problems.

The goal for all products was that the products should be biodegradable within three years of being buried in the ground. This definition is important for the reason that the decomposition process must not start in normal everyday use.

An important part of EcoSouLife's world of thought is the effort to recognize the facts and be pragmatic: not all the world's problems can be solved at once. Maybe our grandchildren will get to live in a world where the environmental impact of products is something we all share?
