The Tapio Anttila Collection Day&Night chair bed has two separate frames placed on top of each other, which make bed for one person when lifted side by side. A chair bed is a convenient solution when the square footage is limited, but it would be nice to offer an extra sleeping place if needed. A mattress, duvet and two pillows are hidden in the backrest cushions.

Tapio Anttila founded his own design office in 2005 after leaving his long-term job as a furniture factory designer.
