The Louis Poulsen PH 2/2 The Question Mark table lamp shade consists of three parts that pleasantly create both mood light and direct light. The lampshade parts made of mouth-blown opal glass produce soft light thanks to their matte interior. The upper part of The Question Mark lamp can be turned from the handle of the stem at an angle of 45 degrees to the right or left, which increases the usability of the lamp. The Louis Poulsen PH 2/2 The Question Mark table lamp is on sale from the beginning of October to the end of December 2021.
The PH 2/2 Question Mark table lamp celebrates its 90th birthday. Poul Henningsen designed the original table lamp in 1931. At that time, the lamp was named "The Question Mark" after the curvature of its stem. The PH 2/2 The Question Mark lamp was manufactured in brass and with different colored glass shades until the mid-1950s. Like the original lamp, the newly produced PH 2/2 brass lamp also patinas over time. The patina beautifies the authentic style and atmosphere of the 2021 limited edition PH 2/2 Question Mark lamp. PH's initials are engraved beautifully and discreetly above the cord.
