The Knoll Tulip table is one of the most famous classics of modern furniture design. Designed for Knoll in 1957, the table is known for its sculptural form and distinctive single-pedestal base. Designer Eero Saarinen aimed to free the table from the visual clutter created by traditional table legs and create a clear, cohesive whole.

The Tulip table's slender base curves gracefully towards the tabletop, giving the table a light, almost floating appearance. The aluminum base is combined with a round or oval tabletop, which is available in various materials and finishes. The timeless design suits many different interiors, and the single-pedestal structure leaves plenty of room for chairs and makes it easier to sit around the table.
