The Form & Refine Aymara blanket perfectly combines Nordic design, minimalist aesthetics and the rich history of South American craft traditions. Aymara textile products have their roots in the highlands of Bolivia, where the world's finest and purest alpaca wool is sustainably produced. As with other Form & Refine products, the high-quality material has been the starting point for the quality, feel and appearance of the product.

The Aymara blanket is made from 100% pure alpaca wool without any mixed fibers. The wool is kept in its natural form and is not dyed at all. The end result directly reflects the natural color spectrum of alpaca - earthy, soft and warm tones that blend harmoniously with modern interiors.

The products in the Form & Refine Aymara collection are not woven, but are knitted softly, like a comfortable, high-quality sweater. The manufacturing method gives the textiles an exceptionally warm and inviting feel. In addition to being an aesthetic addition to a sofa or bed, the blanket also acts as a warm source of comfort.

Vuonna 2018 perustetun Form & Refinen takana ovat Helle Herman Mortensen, Jonas Herman Pedersen ja Lasse Lund Lauridsen. Kolmikolla oli yhteinen halu luoda ympäristöarvoja kunnioittava muotoilubrändi. Brändi, joka säilyttää maapallomme, valitsee materiaalinsa tarkoin ja vaalii käsityökulttuuria. Yritys haluaakin aktiivisesti tehdä yhteistyötä pienempien työpajojen kanssa solmiakseen oikeudenmukaisia ja kunnioittavia kumppanuuksia, sekä luodakseen ympärilleen positiivista sosiaalista vaikutusta. 

Form & Refine pyrkii valikoimallaan vastaamaan loistavasti myös pienempien kotien ja asuinneliöiden tarpeisiin. Useiden tuotteiden taustalla piileekin "small living" -ajattelu, jonka myötä yhdellä kalusteella voi olla useampi käyttötarkoitus.
